      WATER FLOW DETECTOR

        MODEL: SD-WFD SERIES

        The vane type waterflow switch for use on wet sprinkler systems that use 25mm (1″), 32mm (1¼”), 38mm (1½”) or 50mm (2″) pipe size. The unit may also be used as a sectional waterflow detector on large systems. The unit contains two single pole double throw snap action switches and an adjustable, instantly recycling pneumatic retard. The switches are actuated when a flow of 38 LPM (10 GPM) or more occurs downstream of the device. The fl ow condition must exist for a period of time necessary to overcome the selected retard period.
